Three members of the 64 squares team were part of the Harker School team that won bronze medal at the World School Team Championship! The event was held at Episcopal High School, located in the historic city of Alexandria, just outside Washington, D.C. The tournament is a flagship event in the global scholastic chess calendar and brings together hundreds of students representing nearly 50 countries.

It was a fun filled and exciting couple of days - there were many close games and the entire team put their best effort to secure a tie for second and getting third place on tiebreaks. Here are some photos that try to capture the team's emotions.
